Documents Required For DLT Registration
To Register yourself as an Entity on the portal, select the “As Entity” option in the Type of operation
Select the Registration type. choose New Registration if you are registering for the First time.
If you are Already Registered with other operators on DLT go with Enroll Entity.
Step 1: You will receive OTP on your Authorized mobile number and email ID to verify, Enter OTP and click the submit button.
Step 2: Kindly Fill in your address details and upload the required documents.
Step 3: Click on the submit button.
Once submitted, a verification link will be sent to your registered email ID. Click the “OK” button once you read the message. Validate your email by clicking the verification link received in your registered email ID. Please check both your inbox and spam folder for the verification link.

Documents required for DLT registration may vary depending on the type of entity registering:
Companies, businesses, and organisations:
- Id proof: PAN card (necessary)
- Address proof: Aadhar card
- Business entity proof documents: GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed.
Other documents that may be required include:
- Proof of authorized signatory
- Company GST
- Authorized person ID (PAN/voter ID/AADHAAR)
- Consent letter to telemarketer
- Email address and phone number
- Declaration of the authorized person on the company letterhead
