We need 2 Documents for verification. One for Address and the other for business name verification. Document list mentioned below. Please note that these documents should be in a PDF format and should be clear. English documents are preferred by Facebook. If customers don’t have English documents then the chances of verifications are slim.

- The address mentioned in all documents should be consistent , and the same address must also be displayed on the website.
- The client’s email address must use the domain of their website.
- If the email is not available, a mobile number should be provided for verification submission. Please note that the mobile number shared should be mentioned in one of the documents, such as a utility bill.
- The existing WhatsApp account should be deactivated from the number before number registration. While deactivating, existing chats will be lost, and Creativepoint will not be responsible for lost chats.
- Business Manager verification may take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. This period can be extended if the documents are incorrect or if the submission is rejected for various reasons by Meta.
- The customer’s website must be active (SSL certification is preferred by Meta).
- Creativepoint might share Business Manager access with email addresses under our official domain, @creativepoint.in .
- As per Meta’s policy, if the business is not verified, there is a chance that the WhatsApp account may get disabled.
