Business Document Required:(Mandatory)

Proof of Identity – PAN Card (Business PAN card)

Proof of Address – GST Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, TAN Certificate, FSSAI

License, Import/Export Registration Certificate

Letter of Authorization / Authorised signatory letter

Individual Document Required:(Mandatory)

Proof of Identity – PAN Card (Self PAN card)

Proof of Address – Authorized Person ID (AADHAAR CARD /PAN/VOTER ID)

DLT will be processed in multiple phases:

Phase I : Complete the Sign-up and registration process on the DLT platform.
