We require two documents for verification: one for address verification and another for business name verification. Documents must be submitted in PDF format and should be clear. English-language documents are preferred by Facebook. If English documents are not available, verification approval chances may be lower.

Important Notes

  • The address mentioned in all documents must be consistent and should match the address displayed on the website.
  • The client's email address must use the same domain as their website.
  • If a domain email is unavailable, a mobile number may be provided for verification. The mobile number should appear on one of the submitted documents, such as a utility bill.
  • Any existing WhatsApp account on the number must be deactivated before registration. Existing chats will be lost, and Creativepoint will not be responsible for lost chat history.
  • Business Manager verification may take between 1 and 30 days. Processing time may increase if documents are incorrect or if Meta rejects the submission.
  • The customer's website must be active. SSL certification is recommended by Meta.
  • Creativepoint may share Business Manager access with email addresses under the @creativepoint.in domain.
  • According to Meta policies, unverified businesses may face WhatsApp account restrictions or account disablement.
