Welcome to our demo video. In this video, we explain how to send SMS from our Bulk SMS Panel.

How to Send Bulk SMS

  • Open Google Chrome Browser and enter the link address: http://smsserver9.creativepoint.in
  • Enter the username and password provided by the team to login into the SMS panel.
  • After login, select the Bulk SMS option from the left-hand side menu to enter the SMS sending page.
  • Your approved Sender ID will be displayed first.
  • Enter mobile numbers in the mobile number box. Multiple numbers can be typed line by line or pasted directly.
  • Enter the SMS content in the message box. You can type or paste promotional or communication content.
  • Character count and message count will be displayed automatically.
  • SMS up to 160 characters consumes 1 credit. Messages exceeding 160 characters consume additional credits.
  • After completing the message, click Preview to verify the SMS content.
  • Click the Send button to deliver the SMS.

Other Features in Panel

  • The panel supports multiple languages using the Unicode option.
  • Paste mobile numbers and message content, then select the required language through the Unicode option.
  • Unicode option is mandatory for sending messages in regional languages; otherwise messages may appear as symbols.
  • Users can preview and send multilingual SMS easily.
  • Google Tamil Input Tool can be used for typing Tamil content.

SMS Sent Report

  • Sent History option is available on the left side of the panel.
  • Users can check SMS sent date, time, and delivery status.
  • Bulk campaign reports can be downloaded in Excel format.
  • Users can view detailed SMS campaign status reports.

Additional Options

  • SMS credit balance is displayed on the top right side.
  • Contacts can be added and saved using the Add Contact option.
  • Frequently used SMS templates can be saved in the Template option.
  • Credit History option helps verify SMS credit usage details.
  • Activity Log option displays account access details.
  • Users can request new Sender IDs for approval.
  • The panel supports both Promotional SMS and Transactional SMS services.
